CEU Requirements: FL-DOACS
The State of Florida requires you to spend a minimum of 50 minutes in a course and pass the final exam with at least 70% correct answers in order to receive continuing education credit. You may only take a course once for continuing education credit during each licensing interval.
Print your Certificate of Completion after successfully completing a course or at any time afterwards from the "Transcripts" button. Sign and date the form where indicated. Univar will notify Florida of your attendance for each course you successfully complete. Keep the certificate until you renew your license and then send it to the state along with your renewal form.
