The California Aeration Plan: Aeration without an SCBA

***NARRATED COURSE*** The California Aeration Plan, or CAP, was designed by the California pest management industry and regulators to provide the highest level of worker safety without the need of a self-contained breathing apparatus, or SCBA. An SCBA is not required at the start of aeration or for clearing of the structure, although it is still necessary for equipment failures and other emergencies.
