Thank you for your interest in distributing throughVeseris! As a general policyVeseris does not carry inventory on new products until there is evidence of customer demand - i.e. a customer orders product. To better help us identify mutual opportunity we ask that you please fill out the form below, reading each section carefully so expectations are set appropriately.

Based upon our years of experience at being the largest specialty pesticide distributor, we have seen what it takes for new products to be successfully launched. As a distributor,Veseris wants to make sure the products we offer are those that customers need and want.

Profitability is critical forVeseris and it is driven largely by margin potential and effectively managing working capital. New-to-market products or those in smaller, niche categories have high profit expectations since more time and effort is required for us to sell and position.

Sales and marketing

As a distributor,Veseris does not create and build marketplace presence specific to your product. Success comes from partnering with a vendor who has already established a base level of demand for their product. A vendor who is willing to actively engage our leadership team, sales reps and end use customers directly will be able to sell and position their product successfully through our channel.

Along those lines a deliberate sales and marketing plan is needed. It should address: "push" vs. "pull through" strategy with customers, advertising spend, customer education, sales staff, and product testing with verifiable data collection. With these points in mind:

Distribution and terms

How do you plan to reach the market - direct, multiple distributors, both? As this would be a new product forVeseris with no sales history we adopt a very conservative approach, hence the need to have a customer order in place prior to taking on any new product.

Once an order has been made and a product SKU is requested, we may also require inventory protection and liability insurance. As we establish our relationship we also would expect reasonable initial purchasing terms to include: minimal order quantity levels, easy restocking levels, easy product availability, and extended terms.
