We are a growing bay area termite company looking to expand our team in order to handle an increase in business. We are able to do this through our employees who are our lifeblood and treated like so. We currently have an opening for Sales Inspector, Branch III. Candidates must be comfortable working in areas such as attics and subareas of residential homes. We offer an excellent sales structure designed to reward meeting monthly sales goals and generating work for all departments within the company. Potential candidates will be expected to display the following characteristics: · Excellent Work Ethic. · Excellent Sales Capabilities. · Punctual and professional in appearance and demeanor while interacting with the clients. · Clearly educates and demonstrates current industry treatment solutions to customers. · Manages time well and can adjust to a fast paced and changing environment. · Maintain effective results by adhering to company standards. Candidate must: · Possess a current Branch III Field Representative’s license. · Have a clean driving record. · Have a high school diploma or equivalent. · Have experience in sales work · Communicate and work well with others. · Be drug free. Plusses: · Current Branch II Field Representative’s license. · Carpentry or construction experience. Compensation: · Base + Commission + Bonuses.
