QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR

We will provide you with the skills necessary to investigate, analyze and solve all aspects of pest control. Responsibilities: • Review and compile necessary Quality Assurance documents • Assist with training of service technicians and managers • Track and measure training on-going training • Identify service issues • Conduct risk assessments • Assist 33 branches in finding pest-related solutions and answers • Conduct in-house client audits • Help all branch offices to identify pests and select suitable products to use • Set up clients in the barcode scanning system • Stay current with the pest service requirements on most 3rd party auditors Minimum Qualifications: • Must have a valid Branch II Field Representative license • Excellent written and communication skills • Minimum of 2 years commercial pest field experience • Have basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. • Possess a safe driving record from the CA DMV • Pass a background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications: • Branch III Field Representative license • Qualified Applicator license • A.C.E Certification
