Drive to our customer's location and make them love you (a lot of driving on our Northern Route) 2. Figure out what the pest problem is 3. Solve the problem 4. Be awesome 5. Go to the next customer (while being awesome) 6. Repeat Professional appearance, demeanor, and pride in your abilities is a must.
