Answer

All classes are set to run a minimum of 60 minutes. Progress can still be monitored by looking at the Progress bar on the slide or by seeing what slide you are on out of the total # of slides

Answer

There is a delay built into the system so that the user is not able to launch classes concurrently. States and provinces require that technical classes do not run concurrently to ensure proper understanding of the material. As such, when taking a course for CEU's licensing agencies will not accept two course certificates if earned within the same time period.

Answer

You can view progress of any employee’s online technical training through PestWeb Plus manager dashboard.

Answer

To meet the strictest state/province requirements, all classes have been paced to be a minimum of 60 minutes in duration. This means that some slides may take longer than others to allow for additional time to review the material and ensure time in the class is met.

Answer

To prepare you for the final quiz, each section review is built to only allow advancement to the next slide once all the questions are correctly answered. You can try as many times as needed to advance.

Answer

All courses are set to run a minimum of 60 minutes prior to the final quiz. If you took the final quiz and are showing a time less than 60 minutes you most likely closed your browser running in the background BEFORE completing the class and then logged back in later to complete the class. Doing so causes the system to only log the time spent in the subsequent session in the class.

IMPORTANT - ALWAYS EXIT THE CLASS FIRST BEFORE CLOSING YOUR BROWSER IF YOU NEED TO TAKE A BREAK MIDWAY THROUGH A COURSE.

Answer

Once you have completed a technical class, you will need to go back to PestWeb in order to view it in your transcript. You can do this by going directly to www.PestWeb.com/ProTraining for the US or www.PestWeb.ca/ProTraining for Canada. You may also link there directly by going to "My Completed Training" and clicking the print icon:

Buying Credits

Answer

If you are a manager whose company pays for employee training, credits are a convenient way to obtain access to training classes on behalf of your employees.

Answer

You can purchase Univar technical classes for employees by buying credits, that you can assign for them to redeem for access to classes.

Answer

A credit is equal to one technical class, depending upon your current class pricing.

Answer

Yes, credits expire 60 days from the time they are purchased. Example: Bob buys 10 credits and after 30 days assigns them to Mike. Mike has 30 days to redeem those credits before they expire.

Answer

Credits are redeemable only for access to technical classes, they cannot be used for non-technical (business & safety) classes.
