Tomahawk's 7' to 12' Animal Control Pole, Model ACP72, is an extension pole that can be used extended or retracted. When extend, it's used for rescuing animals from waterways, trees, storm drains, etc. When it's retracted, it's used as a longer, heavy duty retraining pole. A higher fee is added by UPS because the package exceeds 5 feet.
