OUTSIDE SALES MANAGER

Coasterra Pest Control is looking to expand our commercial division by hiring a leader in the pest sales arena! A successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in both pest sales and managing a sales team. This is not a door to door sales position. We are looking for a long term successful Outside Sales Manager to add to our team! A successful outside Sales Manager will be able to: Schedule appointments and meet with potential clients at their place of business or elsewhere Develop successful sales presentations Build relationships with potential clients for long term success Perform pest control inspections and propose a custom plan for every potential client Hold a California Branch 2 License Hire and manage multiple salespersons working under them This is your opportunity to get on the ground floor of a company that is going to go places and we want you to come with us!
