NORTH DIVISION SERVICE CENTER MANAGER

North Division Service Center Manager (Working Manager) Must be able to plan, direct, and coordinate and actively participate in the day-to-day field operations of the territory. You will be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the routes through the already effective methods and strategies in place. This is a working manager position. You will need to participate in field sales as well as pest control services to create growth and maintain profitability. Job Tasks and Responsibilities • Direction and Supervision - Coordinate, monitor, and motivate the technicians and sales staff daily activities and duties within the organization. • Organizational- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures. • Human Resources - Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Supervise staff. Train and motivate and conduct field checks and reports. Monitor and evaluate performance of self and other technicians. • Production - Monitor the work of those involved in customer care and distribution of services provided as it relates to those providing pest control service. Monitor performance and suggest improvements. Ensure quality of service. Manage quality and quantity of technician’s productivity Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Manage inventory of field products and chemicals. Provide technical and hands on support where necessary. • Communication - Monitor, manage, and improve the efficiency of services provided by technicians including verbal and written communication to technicians, administration, customer service, and management. • Sales, and Customer Service - As it relates to field technicians plan, motivate train, and recognize achievements the team. • Teamwork – Communicate with management and Assist in the development of plans for operational field activity. Implement and manage current operational plan and approved plan changes. • Financial – Maintain budget and cost controls. Monitor productivity, profitability. ServSuite is utilized for scheduling and routing. Qualifications • 5+ years of Pest Control Management/Supervisor experience preferred • 5+ years of Pest Control Sales experience preferred • 5+ years of Customer Service experience preferred • Florida DACS certification in GHP, L&O, Termite required Compensation Compensation plan will be reviewed and discussed during interview process.
