Office Manager (Carlsbad) Compensation: $20 -$23/hr. based on experience Employment Type: Full Time We are a locally owned, rapidly growing Termite Company looking for a hard-working, detail oriented employee with experience in the Termite and repair industry. Responsibilities/requirements required: 2+ years of Office Management experience required Supervise office staff Supervise Routing and Scheduling of Technicians and Inspectors for Job Sites Familiar with Termite reports within the Real Estate industry Bookkeeping and office management experience required Set up Fumigations Billing and Collections Familiar with industry lingo Ability to learn quickly industry specific software Answering busy phones within a fast paced office environment Microsoft Office Excel/Word and Social Media Tools Ability to read and understand simple documents and write contracts Basic math skills Dependable, reliable and organized Multi-tasking and meticulous attention to detail are a must Ability to communicate effectively and professionally Exceptional Customer Service/problem solving skills Ability to respond to customer complaints with a positive attitude Bi-lingual a plus We look forward to meeting with qualified candidates. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Weekend availability
