We have cornered the LA market in multi-family apartment communities and HOAs with a large customer base. Benefits: Employee Package Range: $40,000 - $65,000 Annually + Commission & Bonuses As a company, we are growing at a fast pace. This position will be beneficial to the individual hired due to the significant opportunity for growth within the company (i.e. operations manager) Full medical benefits Commissions and bonuses Other incentives Qualifications: 1-3 years experience in pest control industry Branch 2 and 3 Field Rep licenses (preferred) Experience with commercial/apartment accounts Various product/chemical knowledge and use Knowledge and experience with controlling german roaches, bed bugs, termites, rodents, and general pests. Responsibilities: Willingness to manage and train new technicians hired Managing day to day field operations Managing your personal portfolio of accounts/route Direct communication with property managers/clients Direct account management for each property you service Consistency with structural pest control board rules and regulations Willing to travel longer distances throughout Southern California (if needed) If you feel capped in your current position, are willing to take on more responsibility, and want the opportunity for more growth/leadership to become a front runner in this industry, this position is for you.
