Job Description Termite and Pest Field Applicator Techs A-1 Bonded Termite, Inc. is seeking a Termite and Pest Professionals to join our team. We are a family owned and operated termite and pest control company in Anaheim. We have been in business since 1976. JOB SUMMARY Contacting clients to confirm scheduled services and respond in a timely manner to client's requests or services calls Driving a company vehicle to clients home or business Attend service appointments that have been scheduled through the office Service calls to residential/commercial clients applying different methods and treatments as outlined in account orders. In addition, you will identify opportunities to sell additional products and services - and receive additional commission in doing so Present proposals to customers and educate them on their individual needs Completion of required documents and forms at end of daily route Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and possess good interpersonal skills Keep vehicle and equipment in clean and proper condition Assist in sales to current customers to referrals Complete other assigned duties Reach company performance goals Continuing education and personal growth to master industry specficiations and customer service QUALIFICATIONS Conduct yourself with the highest level of professionalism and conduct High character, be willing to do the right thing Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills Positive Attitude Self-motivated Motivation to help the company grow and succeed Must be willing to hustle and grind Must be willing and interested in going out and generating business Confident and charismatic Tenacious and willing to go above and beyond to for customer service and job quality Be a person of your word – all day and every day REQUIREMENTS Must pass background check, drug test, and physical exam Must have a great driving record and valid driver’s license (NO DUI’S) Must have a Structural Pest Branch II or III Applicator License Must be able to read company protocol and chemical labels and follow directions precisely Operate a company vehicle safely Communicate with customers effectively and thoroughly Serve as a problem solver Leverage your hand-held device Meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Must be willing to routinely lift, push and pull equipment, ascend and descend from ladders, and occasionally work at heights Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
