Guarantee is looking for a pest control technician to fill a route-man position. Applicants must have at least 2 years experience, must be able to safely use a ladder, access confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.), and carry up to 50 lbs. Technician will be given a route book to follow and complete throughout the month. Technician will be responsible for managing their own appointments, and therefore scheduling is flexible. Occasionally, the technician will be given sales lead and/or one-time clean-out jobs by the company to complete aside from their regular route. Position is full time (40 hrs/week), and starts immediately. Competitive pay and commission opportunities available. Paid sick leave, holidays, and vacation. Full beenfits. Uniform, materials, vehicle, and gas card provided by the company.
