Just Because You Treat The Exterior Doesn't Mean You Should Avoid Talking To The Customer

It is easier to do the exterior and avoid spending time talking to the customer, but it is absolutely necessary, whenever possible, on each visit to at least say a few words. It reinforces your positive relationship with the customer. If no one is home at the time of the service, consider a follow-up telephone call.
