    Since using this bait, I have had nothing but success!! While baiting an apartment, my inspection didn't show any sign of an infestation. So, I just started doing a standard application in the kitchen area. I place a small amount in the top of a cabinet and proceeded to finish baiting. Afterward, I went back to inspect the locations. To my surprise, 2 sets of attennas were poking out of the crevace next to the bait. For the next 10 minutes, I watch 2 German Cockroaches devour the bait I had placed out. Thank you Dupont for producing a wonderful product an thank you Univar for supplying it.

    I have been using this bait since It first was introduced in 2006 and haven't looked back. This is the ONLY bait that really is needed to control those pesky German Roaches.

    Many brands have come and gone and some remain. A switch of baits are always a good idea but with Advion, there is no need to use any other bait. Well accepted

    Bait by far the best product on the market but it's only effective if technician takes the time to properly apply in areas roaches harbor. Take the time and you'll achieve 100% control. A 15 minute treat will not resolve the infestation.

    I've used this on a few problem accounts. As mentioned in the other reviews, I too have use this in housing authority accounts which have a high percentage of tenants that have bad housekeeping and poor sanitation making it incredibly difficult to control german roaches. They become dismissive of the other gel baits. This is very effective and works right away,it has shown me immediate results! this is a must have!

    I have found that German Roaches can not resist this stuff. I have used it in large housing buildings where the roaches seemed to stop eating the other gel bait, and competing food sources were everywhere. It turned things around. Many times I have had German Roaches feeding on it seconds after application, with me shining my flashlight on them just inches away.
