TAMPA, Fla.– Environmental Pest Service (EPS) was recently recognized for its growth, revenue and talent by a number of national and regional institutions.
EPS, which is the 16th largest pest control company in the country, was ranked #1464 on the 2017 Inc. 5000 list, placing them in the top 30 percent of companies included on the list. The Tampa Bay Business Journal also ranked EPS #48 on the annual Fast 50 – a list of the fastest-growing companies in Tampa Bay – and #105 on the TBBJ 200 – a list of Tampa Bay’s largest private companies, based on revenues. In addition, the Business Observer ranked the regional pest control company #155 on the Gulf Coast 500 – a list of the largest companies on Florida’s Gulf coast, based on revenue.

In addition to the many company awards, Wade Stankich, director of information technology for Environmental Pest Service, was recognized as a finalist in the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2017 CIO of the Year Awards in the private large-sized business category. The award honors top information technology executives in the Tampa Bay area.
Since joining Environmental Pest Service in 2016, Stankich has played an influential role in streamlining and upgrading the company’s IT infrastructure, including consolidating and upgrading the company’s mobile environment and installing a mobile app on all phones to combat distracted driving.
