Andy Symons has joined the company as director of business development, and Michele Vance has joined the company as vice president of commercial sales.
MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Terminix announced today two key appointments to its leadership team. Andy Symons has joined the company as director of business development, and Michele Vance has joined the company as vice president of commercial sales.

Symons brings to Terminix an abundance of industry knowledge and relationships. He started and recently sold his interest in Brandenburg NA, a provider of pest control and sanitation solutions to the commercial market. Prior, Symons led business growth efforts at Sorex Group, a leading European rodent control provider, and Whitmire Micro-Gen Research Laboratories, a top provider of commercial pest control solutions in North America.
In his role as director of business development, Symons will lead growth initiatives in the US and internationally through the development of customer-centric partnerships, alliances, joint ventures and third-party marketing, providing another channel of growth for Terminix.
Vance’s extensive experience in the commercial sector makes her a strong asset for Terminix. She was most recently director of sales and marketing for Schendel Pest Services, a recent Terminix acquisition. Throughout her career, Vance has managed and led high performing sales teams and enhanced penetration of commercial markets such as food processing, healthcare, education and hospitality.
In her role as vice president of commercial sales, Vance will manage commercial growth expansion efforts as well as recruitment, on-boarding and training of the commercial sales team.
