If you meet the requirements listed below and can perform the duties described, please submit your resume for us to review.Visit our website to learn more about TruForce @ Job Description *Able to problem solve and communicate effectively with customers, office staff and service managers *Perform pest control treatment on homes and commercial structures consistent with the TruForce service model *Strictly adhere to all safety procedures *Ensure all work is performed in conjunction with established policies and procedures to provide consistent and quality service to each customer (i.e., treatment application, payment collection, rescheduling) *Document all work performed and provide information to service/office manager each day *Proactively address all customer questions and concerns *Be prepared to address questions regarding our superior service and close sales *Support office staff by communicating effectively with each customer and documenting account changes *Properly maintain your truck and equipment and report any problems with your truck or equipment in a timely manner Comprehensive Benefits We value and reward employees with the following comprehensive and generous benefits package: *Competitive compensation and performance bonuses along with sales commissions. *Paid in-house training and development *Professional development and licensing opportunities *Open dialogue between employees and management Employment Requirements *Legally eligible to work in the United States *Agree to and pass a pre-employment background and drug test and ongoing random drug tests *A valid driver's license that is not currently suspended or revoked and no more than 1 traffic violation within the last year *High school diploma or equivalent *Be a responsible, self-starter able to work well independently*Dependable with a strong work ethic *Be able to lift up to 50 pounds *Be able to stand, walk, bend frequently.
