EAST BAY, SOUTH BAY, California - POSITION OVERVIEW We are currently seeking OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES to be based out of our East Bay Branch. This candidate MUST be extremely self-motivated and self-directed with HIGH energy. Must learn our business whether industry experienced or not. This is a tremendous opportunity for a sales professional with a background in Pest Control. Experience is not required, though DRIVE and ENTHUSIASM is mandatory! JOB REQUIREMENTS • Must possess a high school diploma or GED. • Must pass background check and drug screen. • Must possess a valid CA driver’s license and clean DMV. • Must be able to obtain and maintain industry state licenses. WE OFFER: • Competitive base + commissions. • Paid Training. • Medical,Dental,Vision,401K (after 90 days) • Vehicle monthly allowance + company Gas Card. • Vacation and Holiday Pay. • Furnished Leads.
